There is a Practice Loop to help you learn and understand how the equipment and the other loops and challenges work.

There is a Yellow Loop for children, ages 6 to 8 containing 11 challenges.

There is a Green Loop for children, ages 9 and up containing 13 challenges.

There is a Blue Loop, the Adventure Loop, for ages 16 and up containing 11 challenges. It´s the highest and the most difficult.
