The success of the Farm is due to the team of monitors.

All the monitors are legally certified and most have been with us for many years.

Some of the monitors have a special certification while others have a bachelors degree in wich some are education majors.

The activities are set up for groups of 18 children and developed by a monitor who specializes in that activity.
