The food is always made at the Farm by our personal staff of cooks. Like many of the people who work on the Farm, our cooking staff has been with us for many years.

At the farm we believe in offering quality home made food. The secret is good ingredients in the appropriate quantity, plenty of time and efficient cooks.

The daily menu starts with breakfast which includes chocolate milk, sliced bread with butter and jam and pastrys. For the adults there is always coffee available at any time of the day.

Lunch and dinner consist of well balanced meals. There is an abundance of food and we always have leftovers (our pigs are very happy about this) we don´t allow the children to go hungry.

We take into account special diets, food alergies, etc...
Our kitchen follows the legal regulations and is very carefull about food storage. We are a certified kitchen under the regulations of Castilla y León.
