The building is legally classified by the Government of Castilla Leon as a Rural Hostel and activity center, following the official lodging regulations.

There are 15 dorm rooms containing bunkbeds, with the capacity to hold between 6 and 20 people in each room, totalling 150 sleeping acomodations. There is also adult lodging in private rooms on the third floor. In total the Farm can sleep 184 people.

The Farm has four livingrooms, five activity rooms and several community rooms. In addition, there is a kitchen, and several bathrooms. We have a forest of indigenous plants and animals in the Tietar Valley, a wide open field for activities, and an organic garden.

On the Farm we have several animals, such as horses, donkeys, pigs, cows, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, partridges and pheasants.

For fun extracurricular activities we have a swimming pool, a little adventure park, rock climbing, zipline, horseback riding, archery and a mountain bike circuit.

For sports activities we have a large field, a football field, a basketball court and a volleyball court.
